"Loved the reception staff nothing too much trouble. We arrived back from our show quite late so no food asked reception for room service but as can’t eat bread sandwiches were a nono for me but sandwiches were delivered for my partner and sandwich fillings for me absolutely delicious and complementary too. We will be back to see you again "

"Check in very good and quick. Parking a bit hit and miss and would expect there to be problems if the hotel was full. Very clean room and excellent bathroom. Everything worked as it should. Would stay here again without a second thought."

"Perfect location in the city centre. Spacious room, although the decor was slightly dated (certainly compared to the Radisson across the square). Nice breakfast in an airy restaurant."

"Fabulous, our Sheffield ‘go to’ hotel. Lovely staff, efficient check in, great rooms and beds. Perfect location, lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. We love our ‘second city’ and staying at this wonderful hotel is the icing on the cake!"

"The hotel swimming pool was heated and the length of the pool was decent. I was able to get some lengths with the front-crawl done. Other facilities like the sauna and Turkish baths were also in good condition. I had dinner at Grazie, an Italian restaurant 4mins away which I order viaveezu (the former city-taxi app). The hotel is centrally located and the city center is a skip, a jump and a hop away"
