"Pros: check in was easy. Hotel was extremely clean and in a quiet area of the city. The shower water pressure was great. Cons: the bed was uncomfortably firm. The room was spartan: dim lightbulbs, no trash can in the bedroom. The rooms are not soundproofed very well; a lot of hardwood floors leading to noises from the hallway being too clear. "

"We always have a lovely time staying at the inn and enjoying a spa day. This trip felt a little more. The hotel staff were lovely and attentive. Spa reception was on point. Some of the spa service technicians weren’t as warm as I remember. In their defense, it was the busiest I have ever seen them. "

In the room, there were four bottles of purified water, with a sign saying to "help yourself" but also that the bottles were $3.00 each. Everyone knows you can buy a whole case of 24 bottles for under $6.00, so why not offer them at $1.00 each, or better yet, offer two bottles per room for free? Giving people that free water is going to...

"We had a great visit at Wellsworth Hotel. The pool was the perfect temperature. The only downside was the pool shutting down at 9 pm. I could've used more time for sure! The ONLY downside was the TV not working but we didn't realize that until late at night and just went to bed instead. I'm sure if we called the desk they would've helped us figure it out. We will definitely be back again!"
