It was good overall. The surroundings are basically just dead brush with no barrier between hotel and anything around, either a better maintained wilds or just urban landscape would be fine, this was just something in between but it wouldn't really matter if you could draw the shades but curtains are ornamental
We were 1st given a non-smoking room that stank of cigarettes. When we went back to front desk and complained the clerk immediately gave us another, bigger and better room. Great customer service!

The reason I boked a room at this hotel was because they had the shuttle to the casino. In my group we booked a total of 3 rooms. The other rooms were booked differently. Taking the shuttle to the casino was difficult. The step-up to the van was very high and there was not a step stool available. This was very difficult on my knee. Coming back from the casino to the hotel, we were not able to connect to the front desk. The phone kept looping back. No one answered and we could not leave a message. We had to take Ubers back to the hotel. Although the hotel compensated us for the Ubers, this was still very inconvenient.
