"Nice stay"

"Great service for our whole stay. We were staying at a not so nice place and were not due to check in for 2 nights. The CSR was able to work it in so that we could check in a night early and keep the suite we booked. Should have just booked our whole time in Edmonton staying at the Matrix. Property was clean, felt safe, and the room was fantastic. We tried room service for dinner one of the nights and was quite good. Also very handy that there is a Starbucks attached to the property that opens at 6:30 am!"

Rooms were spotless clean. however. blankets can be thicker and cozier. felt like a bed sheet. Overall I had pleasant stay. will definitely recommend it to friends and family "
