"We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice. It was well stocked, clean, comfortable and with in walking distance to everything. We had a slight problem with the heat and it was fixed immediately. We were totally satisfied would definitely rent again and recommend to others."

"I can't say enough good things about this home or it's host. My husband and I, two adult children and future son-in-law came to stay and visit with my ailing mother. The master on main and elevator were key for someone with her limited mobility and it's a great way to get your things easily to any floor. Beautiful inside and out, cozy and warm (it was winter, and it snowed), and the decor was stunning. Everyone had their own space and bath and the living and kitchen space with the two-sided...

"This was such a great place to stay for our short weekend wedding in New Hope, it was close to everything and nice Italian restaurant Tavola Rustica across street was so good, coffee shop also across street, altho there was plenty of coffee in our house provided by Jacob, I only wish we could have stayed longer cause it was so nice and relaxing. I do plan on renting again here in the future. Jacob replied almost instantly when i reached out. I recommend 100%.wpuldclean"

"Our family, 5 adults and 3 young children enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of sleeping options, all comfortable beds. A trundle for the 6 and 4 year old brothers plus a crib for the 7 month old sister. The adults had large comfortable rooms. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and many options where to sit and eat. "The host/property manager was communicative, responsive and all around wonderful. This property was perfectly located for the sites that we were visiting around De Sales University. The property was clean and as described. I do want to note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath with no shower and that the house is nestled between two senior living buildings and a busy route 378. Wonderful stay regardless!!"

"I loved this little house. I had everything I needed for a week in Philly. There is a bagel shop and a pizza place within walking distance. I would have given five stars on cleanliness, except the couch had lots of hair embedded in the fabric. I used sheets to drape the couch so I could sit without getting hair on my clothes. I think this is a result of cheap fabric, not really the owners fault. "
