"The hotel lived up to the Marriott expectations. The room was nice and large and very comfortable. I really like that. The lobby restaurant is open until midnight and had plenty of tables and spaces for people to gather. My only negative comment would be that I ordered room service for breakfast and it was served in takeout containers. I miss the old room service cart with linens and a pot of coffee. Also, there are a lot of homeless people in this area and I witnessed homeless entering the hotel quite a few times. I want to say that the security staff was extremely respectful and professional in addressing these people when they enter the hotel and I thought they did a great job. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a bell hop and while we didn't need his service, he was very courteous and opened doors for us. We parked in the parking garage which was conveniently located by the hotel. Check in was quick, with no issues. The room was very clean and cute, the only thing I wish is that we would have had a view other than a roof of a building, considering we had four windows (one in the bathroom), however being in downtown it probably requires one of the top floors for that. Bathroom was well stocked with everything we might need if something was left at home and was spacious. The bed was very comfortable, I liked that we could close the blinds and have the room be completely dark. We did try the restaurant on site for breakfast, it was good, and customer service was great, pricier than we wanted but worth the cost. Everything is within walking distance or there is a railcar that can be taken, I do wish they had 'desserts' for room delivery, but we were able to get a few things from the onsite convenience area (do NOT buy milk from the restaurant, WAY overpriced for a glass). I highly recommend staying here as we had no issues whatsoever. "
