"We love this neighborhood with allIt’s amenities and local things to do. This house was a perfect jumping off point for all the fun. The house was beautifully set up for a family or friend getaway with a great open concept kitchen living area with a beautiful porch and 3 seasons room (they would be a great space to enjoy in warmer weather).The rooms had very nice foam mattresses and had plenty of room to move around, especially in the primary suite. "Pros: The pool was excellent, well kept and clean. Silvio was responsive to any issues that came up along the way. The location is nice and quiet. Cons: Most of the furniture was stained, broken and decrepit. The lighting was sallow and yellow. The kitchen cabinets had a smell and the remote was so sticky we put it in a ziploc to use it. We would return if the house was updated and freshened up to promote a clean and inviting feel."
