We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. I loved the customer service and accommodations. I would definitely stay here again."

Hot water heater defiantly too small for size of house, if house is meant to accommodate 10 people, you shouldn't run out of hot water after 2 people take quick showers.
