"It was a fantastic place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it and undoubtedly we will return if we visit Bologna again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars is because the shower didn’t have sufficient hot water one morning. "We had a very pleasant stay at Il Convento dei Fiori di Seta in Bologna. Staff was very kind and eager to help, our room was clean and large, breakfast standed out in our travels, with best and wide buffet and best service. The only potential issue was the hotel location, which is about 20 minutes from the city center. but that was not a problem for us."

"There are many positives to share and only one negative… On the plus side: the location is simply unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the included breakfast was fantastic. On the negative side- the room walls must be incredibly thin, as I could hear snoring every night from the room next door and when they were on the phone or using their TV it was as if we were sharing a room. I think I’d stay again because of all the positives, but I’m a light sleeper and it was a bit tough."
