"There are many positives to share and only one negative… On the plus side: the location is simply unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the included breakfast was fantastic. On the negative side- the room walls must be incredibly thin, as I could hear snoring every night from the room next door and when they were on the phone or using their TV it was as if we were sharing a room. I think I’d stay again because of all the positives, but I’m a light sleeper and it was a bit tough."

"This was definitely a unique property. It is in a very old building, located right in the piazza, with lots of dining options. We stayed in the Triple Room, on the top floor. There was a loft with another bedroom, but we did not use it. The Views from this room were unbelievable of the Churches and the rooftops. One of the best hotel views I have ever had. "We loved Steam House. The room had real character and the location was great. There were 2 adults and 2 children and, even with 2 single beds and a queen size bed, plus our luggage, the room felt spacious and was well equipped.
