"I wanted somewhere near to a friend I was visiting and this was perfect and had parking. Never been to an unattended accommodation before so found it a bit strange. I would have liked the gate code earlier as I was at the point of thinking I had better ring for it, when it came through on my drive down. Also it wasn't clear how and where to park in the carpark so didn't look like many spaces without blocking the drive in/out. So I left my car at my friend's. Fairly quiet night, all as expected."

"The Nest is a beautiful and cosy little property, perfect for a romantic stay. There are also so many lovely little extra touches by Jane. Definitely recommended, i hope we will be back."

"We stayed in The Bothy, fabulous for a romantic night away. No noise from the neighbours but while the bath was lovely it wasn’t practical having it in the bedroom. The room does have a smell of damp and there is no ventilation other than opening windows - a quiet extractor fan in both the bedroom and toilet would be a welcome addition. For a romantic night away this is a great location but 4 nights it was too much. "

"A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. We only found out that there was no wifi once we had booked. This also meant that there was no Smart TV as advertised. The listing should state clearly that there is no WIFI. Also the information pack in the cottage gave no instructions regarding the rubbish bins. "A very unique and beautiful place to stay. With lots of personal touches. Beautiful flowers in the room when we arrived and some delicious brownies which we enjoyed upon arrival. Spotlessly clean, spacious with beautiful furnishings and a lovely big comfortable bed. We had a great nights sleep as it was lovely and quiet. Shower was fantastic with some lovely toiletries and big fluffy towels. The property had all the facilities you could possibly need and more! There was a pretty outside area...

"We had a great stay here and Clare was the perfect host. If you enjoy bird watching the wrap around garden, variety of trees and pretty stream will give you lots of opportunity for spotting birds. The property is in a fantastic location for visiting Chichester. I would highly recommend."
