The inside was nice with modern, but minimal decor, which was perfect for toddlers. The fenced in backyard was also just what we needed to let them run around."

"We loved our stay at Julia’s Arc! The houseboat was absolutely lovely - even better than the pictures showed. Julia was communicative and thoughtful throughout - she’s a great host! The location is nice - it’s in a marina, so it’s safe if there is bad weather. There’s a beach there and a restaurant in the marina. Be warned though - everything in the area closes early. We tried to get dinner around 9pm and absolutely nothing was open (we wound up ordering pizza which was very good)....
