Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. My room smelt somewhat of drains initially but once ran some water in the shower it quickly subsided. Maintenance had left a light fitting cardboard box in the room but not an issue. "
