A Golf shot from the railway station, super friendly staff, room better than expected, some small nice details in the room. City centre neat and nice but surprisingly quiet on a Friday evening. Hotel is highly recommend.

The room exceeded my expectation!
Nice location, only 5 min walk from Hengelo station. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also quite big with a bathtub. The choice of the breakfast is not too much but the price is ok (around 14-15 EUR), comparing to other hotels. There are also plenty of free snacks, tea and coffee bags provided in the room.

It qas perfect to have a parking garage right next to the hotel. The Room and the bathroom were clean and well maintained. After a quiet and comfortable night there was a rich breakfast buffet with exquisite dishes in the morning .

Do not recommend terrible customer service. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days even after having to ask three times, we went back to the hotel lobby around 11:00 and wa stole we are not allowed to sit and chat at the lobby the next day we asked another employee and she stated this was indeed allowed.

This was our favorite hotel we stayed at in the Netherlands. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Room is spacious & stocked. Close to train station. You can walk everywhere. The town/city is lovely. Lots of restaurants & cafes within walking.

Alles is prima hier. Ontbijt is ook heel goed te doen. Het dichtbij (en gratis)parkeren is heel fijn. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om hier te verblijven. Het was me alleen niet duidelijk dat Eden hotel ( logo op het gebouw) hetzelfde was als City Hotel Hengelo. Een voorbijganger vertelde me dat, maar dat zou ook handig zijn om dat ergens te vermelden.
