When we asked the receptionist, she told us she's just receptionist, she doesn't know anything. Later they asked the housekeepers to put combined cover on 2 beds and they made it look like a single bed. Water was not provided, unless explicitly asked. Rooms smellls with horrible toilet smell. There are no lifts. You have to drag your luggage to...

"Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Spa and swimming pool is available for extra charge but affordable. Can become an amazing hotel."
