"Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. "The condo/unit was gorgeous - super clean and had everything you could possibly need. Fantastic views, and so close to the beach. The beds were super comfy, tons of fluffy towels, and also bikes, boogie boards, blender, gas grill ...anything you needed was there. The AC and ice machine was awesome too. Marcos was so helpful and gave us some good tips on local trips. Rincon was a great little town. We didn't want to leave!!!!"

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"

"We weathered a tropical storm and the location was great. Very nice neighborhood which was safe. The bedrooms are large and clean. All tile floors. Large pool. The photos are true to reality. It is part of a smaller duplex next door but no one was there. Just outside of Rincon so you don’t have to try to sleep through bar music but close enough that you could make bar sounds if you felt so inclined. "This property is located in a nice location. It is close to lots of necessary stores and beaches. We rented both of the villas to house our families to celebrate the new year. We had 10 adults and 2 children. Victor was attentive to every question and need that arose on our vacation. On the island you may face challenges.
