"We had a great time in this lovely rental!! Short walk to Playa Ositones, which is a less known beautiful beach!! We even saw a manatee there, although I’m told it’s rare. Playa buye is also great and the water is very clear-20min drive. The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed for the first day or so. Beach chairs and beach towels were helpful. We were thankful for the laundry washer. Ac blows cold in the bedroomsPeople in reviews mentioned a dead tree. I didn’t see a dead tree but...

"We loved our stay in this well equipped condo. It was as described on VRBO. The owner is very responsive. Great location near public beach. Perfect location for quick walk to Rincon Plaza and short drive to several other beaches. Great outdoor restaurant and bar just a 3 minute walk from condo. The building and parking were safe and secure. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay again."

"This was a great “home base”. Beach and pool accessibly are PERFECT!! The rental alone is 5 stars with the rooftop views and lounging abilities. Can’t say enough good about it and when we had questions the manager was on it right away! Only question would be if there is a recycling area, otherwise, 100% loved our vacation!!"

"The apartment was well stocked with items for the kitchen and bathrooms. The layout and size was wonderful. Our group really enjoyed the patio with the hammock. Location was really great as there were restaurants very nearby. Great communication and responses from the owner!"

"Our stay at the Landing View was great. More than enough space for our family of four. Each of our boys got their own room. The common spaces in the apartment were great (especially the rooftop deck) and we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 2 markets less than 15 minutes away. You'll want to hit those first to get everything you need for your stay.The beach is a short 5 minute walk, but it's not really great for swimming... a little bit too rocky. However, you can...
