"This was an excellent little hotel. The staff was very friendly and the property was beautiful. The beachfront rooms were truly right on the water and we had direct ocean access. The rooms were a little spare and the bathroom was a little small, but definitely a good deal. The hotel is not super close to many bars or restaurants, but there are a few good ones if you don't mind a walk or.a short drive."

"First and foremost, we came to Rincon for the views and this property delivered fantastically! Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, as well as seeing whales and dolphins out in the ocean. Unbelievable views of the water. The property manager, Sabrina, waa also amazing and truly went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The house itelf is rustic, but in good repair. It was as described in the listing. We had both the top and bottom units and it would have been great if there was a way to get...

"Perfect for two people, good location, the next door neighbor was kind of loud at night, but it was alright! the power went out when we first got there, but the host was super helpful and offered to pay for an electric fan if we could find one. my only thing is that it was a little small for four people, so definitely would say two or three is the max for this spot! but thanks so much Jhazmin !"

"We enjoyed our 3 week stay. The cottage kitchen had everything we needed and we used the grill on the patio. The bedroom and bathroom were roomy and comfortable. Easy access to all the beach fun in town. We appreciate having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Was a great getaway. "

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"
