"The property was excellent, the view is fantastic, the staff was very friendly, the location is fantastic. The one thing that would have made the amenities even better would have been a microwave in the room or a common for the facilities. I will definitely stay at this location in the future."

"We loved staying here! We were only there a night, but falling asleep in a huge, comfy bed to the sounds of the ocean waves was so wonderful. Truly, the most comfortable bed of our whole trip. The space was fantastic and we were glad it came with parking too. We did have to be a bit proactive to get check in information because things were not automatically sent to us but once in contact, the property was responsive and helpful. We would surely stay here again!"

"2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath apartment with a small pool was great for our family. Our kids are small so they couldn't get enough of the pool. Close to the beach. Grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again. They have towels but they looked a little worn so we bought our own. They had beach chairs that had some wear and tear but served its purpose and some beach toys for the kids to use. Very convenient for us since we like to stay in Rincon when we visit PR. "This place has an amazing location, but that is the only positive. The showers don't drain, so there is standing water everywhere attracting mosquitoes. Staff was rude. The mixed dorm was where laundry was stored so staff would come in and turn the lights on at 11:30. The owner also turned the lights on and gave a tour to friends (?) while I was sleeping. The owner is also known for being a creep to women. There is no kitchen; a hot plate and one beat up pan is all that's provided, not even...
