"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

The listing is honest and everything we wanted. 4 min walk to the beach- had beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, cool ac. The only difficulty was finding the place. The address that VRBO has, doesn’t take you to the property. However, we contacted the host, and he graciously led us to his home. "We just got back from a week in beautiful Rincon. The property accommodated all our needs and the kids loved the private pool. John, the manager, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful when we arrived after dark and weren't sure of the exact location. We walked to restaurants, shops and excursions. I would only suggest a few extra blankets and better lighting and some hooks in the master bathroom. Minor things. We'd come back! "

"Tres Amigos is ideally located near Maria's, Dogman's, Steps, Domes, and so many other great surf spots. We enjoyed walking to Calypso's for dinner and drinks. The front deck is awesome for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The house has AC but we didn't need it with the cool breezes and ceiling fans."

"The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach and we swam in the pool every day. The back porch is lovely and a great place to relax in the evening. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. A few appliances could use a replacement (dishwasher, washing machine) but they worked and didn’t impact our stay at all. One of the best vacations of my life."
