"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The customer service is exceptional. The apartment was lovely it’s a 2bd 2 bath with an elevator. It’s a very walkable area with shopping within walking distance . It’s a 15 min tram ride from Zurich HB. We took advantage of the Zurich card and it worked out for us we visited many museums for free and it covered all transportation within the zones specified on the card . "

The host was super helpful, giving me clear directions on how to get around the city, including which bus to take. Thank you so much Milene for great hospitality the location is ideal just a quick 3-minute walk from the bus stop, and it's also conveniently close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place for its cleanliness, convenience, and warm hospitality! "

"They were very responsive and immediate in communicating the door codes. Going in and out worked smoothly. Decent interior condition, but soft bed. Somewhat dark. Noise, distant smoke, and cooking smells from other tenants or people outside can drift into units."

"This is the worst travel stay ever experienced, HORRIBLE!!! There was no front desk, you have to use email, communication horrible...When getting to the room, it was SO HOT, there is no AC, no Fan, nothing for cooling down..I emailed them ask help, but no response. Ironically I walked out to the street and it was much cooler... the first night, I had to stay outside longer and then went back to hotel hoping it would cool down, but still very hot, unbearable, without a fan it was like an...

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."

"Great location as it was a 7-min walk to the HB. Nice lounge area at the lobby and good laundry facilities on L2. A few dining options nearby. Apartment is small with dining area and the sofa bed made for the kids. We had a double in the space next to the sofa and requested more pillows as well. "Beautiful property. Housekeeping does a good job. Front desk staff is alright though not particularly welcoming even though they know customers have traveled from afar. They never return emails sent to them prior to our arrival when we had questions. I even asked the staff and they didn’t have an answer. Strange. "

Quick come and go

"I don’t have much to say about my stay. Landed late in the evening. It was super easy to get to this hotel from the airport via tram. Basically checked it, went to bed, and headed out early in the morning to the next destination. It was a cute, unique hotel with very friendly staff."
