"We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable."

"We had a wonderful stay at this adorable river house. It was supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch or deck and watching the boats on the river. Karen, the host, checked on us and replied quickly when we had a question. I have referred friends and family and we hope to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this place."

"We booked this for a birthday celebration and it was perfect for what we needed. It is small but we had the essential and it was very nice and clean. It doesn't have wifi so no tv but we got by without it. The only thing I would suggest is looking into a keypad lock so you don't have to keep up with a key. "

"This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area. Clean, well lit, peaceful, well stocked, easy entry. Thank you! "

"was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"

"The Redfish Lodge did not disappoint and was the perfect location for our short vacation. The amenities around were fantastic. I just wish we had booked for longer and we certainly will next time."

"Was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient to boat ramp and grocery store. Melissa was wonderful!!! There to welcome us on arrival and lives next door in case anything is needed. We enjoyed our stay so much!!! "
