The Hatch House

The Hatch house is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home on the Steinhatchee river that sleeps 8 adults. The house has a private boat ramp and private 70-foot long by 10-foot wide deep water dock. Perfect for scallop season, fishing tournaments, or just getting out on the river. The home is family-friendly, and there is plenty of privacy.

We know your pets are part of the family. In order to protect our guests, pets are not allowed.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and the home is fully furnished.
The river views from the wrap around porch are stunning!

Beautiful spot
We had an amazing stay at The Hatch House. Plenty of room for our family. We did some scalloping, fishing and went to Steinhatchee Falls. The home is very nice and clean. It's furnished well also. We'll be back!

Really nice house. Modern, open floor plan. Great views of river. A little long idle in boat to the gulf, but scenery is nice - and there’s nothing wrong with a little boat ride. Communication with owner / manager was easy and very efficient on a couple questions I had. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great house on the water
The pictures do not do this place justice, the great room was really wonderful for our family to prepare meals, play games, and spend quality time together, all with a great view of the water. The boat ramp and dock were excellent for our 22ft Bay boat and we had a great time scalloping.

Perfect House
The Hatch House exceeded all of our expectations. Great location on the water with ramp and plenty of dock space for two boats. Also ample parking space for vehicles and trailers. The layout of the house provides plenty of space for easy cooking and enjoying meals as a group. We will be coming back!

Riverfront oasis
We loved the privacy, the river views, and the peacefulness of this home. Minimal boat traffic so we were able to paddleboard right from the house and launch and dock our boat right there. Plenty of room with each bedroom having its own bath. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting on the River
3 couples enjoyed our stay on the River. Very clean and a well equipped kitchen. Wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the deck and dock. Only thing that could have been better about this rental is that there is no shower in the master bathroom, tub only. Host was great to work with and answered any questions we had promptly.

Loved this place!
Great kitchen and living room space to watch football and cook our scallop meal. The dock was perfect for our two boats with enough space for a third. Loved the view while we drank coffee. Very clean and the host was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Such a nice place on the river with only woods across from you. Well stocked kitchen, cozy furniture, boat ramp and super long dock on property makes it perfect for a scalloping or fishing trip with your own boat! Great host, communicates quickly with you!

Beautiful Home on private property
Home was beautiful & off of a private gravel road with a gate. Private boat ramp & floating dock was very easy to use and convenient. Boat ride to inlet was about 50 mins. Any issues we had while we were there were quickly taken care of by the host.

We enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Spacious accommodations for 2 families of 4. The location was a quiet, peaceful spot on the river with large dock. Property was clean and updated. We look forward to returning to Steinhatchee!

Amazing
We stayed at the Hatch house for our annual scalloping trip this year and it was hands down the best trip so far! Everything thing about the house is wonderful. The boat ramp and dock make it so much easier when bringing your boat. The location is quite, peaceful and beautiful. We even had a pod of manatees playing in front of the house for 20 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the Hatch house. We will definitely be booking here again!

Great House for large group with a boat
This house was great! Very clean and all the amenities you would expect. The best part was the private boat ramp and dock to tie up to. Everything was very family friendly.

We have rented many homes in steinhatchee throughout the years and this house is by far the best house! The house was clean and the view was spectacular. The ramp is extremely convenient for any size boat and the dock is large enough to accommodate 2 boats if needed. This house is a perfect for a family of any ages.

This place is amazing. It was exactly what we needed as a group of friends. Plenty of space with all the amenities for a weekend get-a-way. (hope we can stay longer next trip) Everything was super clean and the owner was so easy to work with and very helpful. Great communication throughout the trip. Fun on the water
Wonderful stay. We were 2 couples but had room for 2 more. On the river a little ride by boat to the ocean but the amenities were wonderful. All new furnishings. 4 large beds. Beautiful sunrises. Coffee pot ready. Fishing from the dock success. Look forward to visiting again.
