"The Old Red Lion Inn was great for my two night visit to the area. I arrived in Cambridge by train and chose to stay at the Old Red Lion as it was on a good bus route to Haverhill. The staff were all friendly and welcoming which makes a difference and important to me anywhere I stay. My room was fine and the continental breakfast bag delivered to my room was just what I needed. "Got to the place in the evening due to catching up with friends, greeted by the staff warmly, felt at ease as soon as we got there, sign in was easy and quick, and one of the staff was brilliant even offered to take our bag to our room. The room was gorgeous, nice and spacious with a TV, tea and coffee, and bottles of water. Bath and shower was great. The beds were comfortable and there was extra pillows and a blanket, which we used."
