"We like to stay at "mom & pop" places when we can and Rabbit Ears did not disappoint. Smallish room was cozy, comfortable and very clean. Continental breakfast was very simple; good coffee in the room. Loved that the refrigerator had a small freezer. It was quiet, but we were there off-season so there were not many guests. Would definitely stay again."

"It was a nice stay but I was disappointed the fireplace didnt work, it was hot out when i checked in so I didnt turn it on until later when it got cooler; when I asked the desk about it I was told maintenence had to turn it on? And they were gone for the night...I am wondering why they would rent out a room with a fireplace and turn it off so it cannot be used? (Pilot light was on, it wasnt broken just the switch was disconnected) Make sure it is working when you check in. Also was disappointed...

"Hotel was somewhat difficult to find as it is tucked in towards thw slopes away from the road. Once we got there, check-in was smooth and staff friendly. Liked the ski valet, but didn't care for it being in the "basement". The Sauna didn't work when we were there and the Hot Tub was also acting up and not working well. Our club arranged a private dinner event, but left it open for all of the hotel guests to attend resulting in running out of food and our club members not getting any or scraps....
