Winsome Mountain Condo with Spectacular Views

Top floor condo with sweeping views of the ski mountain, downtown and the Steamboat valley. Winsome is the perfect description, small but complete.
The floorplan is efficiently laidout with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. Our one bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people.

Recently remodeled, it is well appointed and has all the amenities needed. High speed WiFi. The living room has large windows on 2 sides. The kitchen comes equipped with a full compliment of cooking essentials. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with the window looking up to Thunderhead gondola.

Except for a small owner's closet, guests can use the entire condo. There are coin operated washers and dryers on the main floor of the building. 2 parking lots for ample parking. We recommend using the upper lot to minimize the stairs to 1 flight.

Our condo is perfect for Steamboat guests wanting to be outside exploring. A comfortable place to base your adventures from. A car is helpful but if you prefer, the free bus is a 1/3 mile.

Great spot for one
I took a quick, solo trip to Steamboat and this condo was perfect. Great location. It took about 20 minutes to walk to Wild Plum and a few minutes more to get to the base of the mountain. I think this spot could work for a couple, but it was ideal for a solo trip.

Great corner views across valley. Good top floor location. The hosts did really well choosing items for the condo, from the pans to the ski clock to the bedroom storage area. It’s got a cool mountain theme without the dated cabin look. It’s a small space that they’ve done a good job making comfortable.

Birthday trip turned engagement
This was the perfect little spot for my boyfriend (at the time) and I. We spent 4 nights at this rental and the views were incredible. On the last day, my boyfriend proposed while hiking fish creek falls! So this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will definitely be coming back here! :)

Perfect Couple's Retreat in Steamboat
Great small home base for two in Steamboat. The views really were excellent on the corner unit and we enjoyed reading with the shades open. There is a shared balcony so be ready to smile and wave as people walk by and wish they were staying here. Bonus was really tall shower heads. I'm 6'7" and didnt have to duck! The kitchen was complete with everything to make small meals for two. Lots of outlets and charging stations. Thanks for welcoming us well to Steamboat Springs!

Beautiful Views
The apartment is very comfortable and a perfect layout for 2 people to enjoy a few days. The kitchen is well stocked and there are very thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a bit far from the Main Street in steamboat, so you’ll need to plan to take the free bus or drive if you want to get groceries or walk through town. But the views from the unit are well worth it. We did have an issue with apartment construction on the stairs to the unit starting at 7:30am each day we were there, which was no communicated to us ahead of our visit. We understand construction is out of control of the owner, but we were disappointed not to be told ahead of time. Owner responded quickly to our concerns, but we suggest you double check the construction status ahead of your stay as it’s not on the listing. Otherwise the place was very quiet overnight and we did not find it too hot.

Perfect condo for two overlooking Steamboat Springs
This is a beautiful but small property with a beautiful view of Steamboat, and is close to slopes (not walking distance). It is perfect for two. It is on the top floor of three floors which means no one is walking above you, and you don’t notice neighbors beside you. It is beautifully adorned and has so many extra amenities not common in most rentals, even to the point of sleeping masks, ear plugs and York peppermint patties. Additionally they have both pour over and French press coffee pots. I was soooooooo impressed. The bed is very comfortable. The only set back is that the stairs appear to be the only access, and there are 1 and a half flights. We are older..70s.. so we just had to make several trips. If you pack heavy, be aware of this. We had packed light so worked fine. I recommend the property
