The description below describes each home, and there are two of them sharing a common wall. They are IDENTICAL mirror images of each other, down to the furniture and dishes. If you enjoy summertime hiking, mountain biking and spectacular views, this is definitely the location!
These beautiful custom condominiums are located adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and right above the Boulder Lift. For the more advanced skiers, you can ski down to the Boulder Lodge/Lift (when sufficient snow exists as it is ungroomed tree terrain). The free Heavenly shuttle bus also picks up/drops off right at our parking lot for convenient access to the slopes.
Each 4 bedroom/3 bath 2000 s.f. unit is unique and luxurious, without a doubt the most luxurious condominium on Heavenly's Nevada side. No more cold tile floors on those chilly winter mornings. Bathrooms throughout the home all come equipped with state of the art plumbing and granite counter tops.
Go further down the hall and you'll come to the first bedroom. Master bedroom #1 has a comfy queen bed and a Flat Screen TV. This bedroom looks out onto the forest on the backside of the home.
Go upstairs and find a spectacular living room that boasts even more beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. The comfortable leather sofas sit directly in front of a gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock wall upon which is mounted a 65" Smart TV for streaming your favorite subscriptions. A game table with seating for 4 (6 with leaf) completes the room. Down the hallway from this magnificent living room is the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of EXTRA LONG twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bathroom is also equipped with heated tile floor, granite counter tops and contemporary plumbing and fixtures. A full size washer and dryer are also found on this floor.
Up the stairs to the third floor is the spacious master loft with a California King bed, reading nook, 46" TV and walk in closet. The master bath has heated tile floor, his/hers sinks, granite counter tops, jetted tub and separate full shower. This master bedroom and bathroom have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.
The house is state of the art with WIFI equipped televisions and wireless internet for those with the need for a 'working vacation'. There are several stairs leading down to the unit as well as inside, so for those who might have difficulty with stairs this is not an appropriate unit.
