"Overall the house was great for our group of 7. It was large and comfortably fit our group plus its close to downtown and the mountain. The kitchen had the basics to cook, be sure to bring your own aluminum foil, etc. One person in our group said their sheets were not clean and found hair in it. Being detailed since we paid close to 850/night after fees, the fireplace does not work and there is no fire pit or hot tub even though the back yard is large! "The property is advertised as 11 and 15. If you get the 11 - you are renting the 11 bedroom side of the property whose entrance is 1 level lower than the street level and it is essentially the lower 3 floors. The 4 bedroom part is the top 2 levels and the entrance is at the street level. If you are confused - wait until you rent the whole property (15 bedrooms). It is truly an amazing property. Not the best in terms of construction and it shows in the alignment of doors, windows, toilets etc...

"We booked this house to surprise our 8 year old with family in her favorite place, Lake Tahoe. The house is in a perfect location, close enough to heavenly village but far enough away that you still get the peace and quiet you look for in beautiful Lake Tahoe."

"We picked this property for its location, view, and number of rooms. Those were all great. Otherwise, it was one of the worst stays ever. The place was very ill-maintained. There were tons of issues. First, the check-in process was ridiculous. I kept asking for check-in instructions and did not get any. "We came up for a weekend stay and this home was just as pretty as in the pictures. Sometimes the pictures are misleading but this place met and exceeded our expectations. We were two families staying with children from 2 to 6 in age and there was something for everyone.
