"This was our second stay, with all the same expectations met in cleanliness and accommodations. Had one surprise when I let my dog out back, half the back fence was gone! Heads up for any pet owners, looks like owners might be transitioning backyard to parking spaces, which is fine since the front yard is fenced and works great as well. It was just a change from last stay and I was lucky my dog isn't a runner!"

"We stayed here for a close location yo a field hockey tournament. It was so clean, close and in a safe area! It was dark on the way home so it took some getting used to! Lol. But place was clean, well lit and well stocked for 2 moms and 2 teen girls. Would definitely use again! "

"James’s house was warm, inviting and clean - something you don’t often see in a dog friendly rental! The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked, and we had everything we needed for a lovely family get together that included baking, movie watching and playing with the dogs in a safe, enclosed yard. Thank you, James, for a delightful stay. We will be back!!"

"My family and I traveled to Powhatan for a wedding at The Mill at Fine Creek. The house and the town had such a beautiful small town vibe that was such a perfect place for us to hang out and get ready. We were able to enjoy the owners restaurant, which was right across the street, and an adorable coffee shop. There was also a great park nearby with walking trails and playground for the kids. We truly enjoyed our stay! "

"Spent the weekend at Terre Haute with friends from college. The home and grounds were beautiful! The host was fantastic and we appreciate the treat basket left out for us. The books were fantastic! It was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to offer a little more comfortable seating for just having coffee and catching up. Otherwise, thank you for a lovely stay."

"What an amazing little house! Far exceeded our expectations!! Perfect location for Richmond visitors. You can get just about anywhere in the surrounding area in about 15-25 min max (depending on where you are going). Close to several places to grab a quick bite and close to Publix and Target (this was very convenient for a family of 5!) Safe and overall quite neighborhood. Clean, clean, clean! This is probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The host's attention to detail and needs...
