"We came to watch our daughter run the Richmond Marathon. The location of this property was perfect as we were able to walk to the marathon route. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for seven of us to stay. Having laundry on site amd two full baths was so helpful. Communication with the host was prompt and seemless. "My family and I traveled to Powhatan for a wedding at The Mill at Fine Creek. The house and the town had such a beautiful small town vibe that was such a perfect place for us to hang out and get ready. We were able to enjoy the owners restaurant, which was right across the street, and an adorable coffee shop. There was also a great park nearby with walking trails and playground for the kids. We truly enjoyed our stay! "

"I was there with my family who were visiting with me in Richmond. We had a great time. Also when we encountered a problem (A/C) had a few issues - our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall it was a great stay!!"

"Stayed to see our daughter at U Richmond and also for the Richmond half marathon. The house was lovely, especially the kitchen!! Everything high-end and ALL the spices, which is not a given at all rentals. Owner was immediately responsive when there was a little glitch with the check in code. Centrally located, so just a short drive to everything but nice quiet neighborhood. My family loved the house, especially the basement with ping pong and shuffleboard. Would happily stay again!!"

"Spent the weekend at Terre Haute with friends from college. The home and grounds were beautiful! The host was fantastic and we appreciate the treat basket left out for us. The books were fantastic! It was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to offer a little more comfortable seating for just having coffee and catching up. Otherwise, thank you for a lovely stay."
