"My first impression of this boutique hotel in the older part of Belgrade was positive; a pleasant check-in and personal assistance from the manager who showed me to my room. During this experience, a problem occurred. Problems happen that’s not the story. It’s how the hotel staff respond to when problems pop up that’s the true sign of excellence. The manager apologized immediately for the issue and made adjustments, so the problem was resolved in mere minutes. All during my 4-days there, the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast was more than adequate. Delicious dinner in the on-site restaurant added to my positive experience. And attention to the details, like air cleaners in the rooms, elevators, and common areas were a plus for me. "
