"My first impression of this boutique hotel in the older part of Belgrade was positive; a pleasant check-in and personal assistance from the manager who showed me to my room. During this experience, a problem occurred. Problems happen that’s not the story. It’s how the hotel staff respond to when problems pop up that’s the true sign of excellence. "Very beautiful hotel, converted from a former mansion that was built about 100 years ago. The room & bathroom are huge & clean. Breakfast is good. Location is convenient, within walking distance to the center. I would recommend this hotel & definitely would stay here again."

"The room was great, clean and beds were comfortable. The stairs up were a pain with a heavy suitcase but that is most european hotels. The area was great and loved Skadarska street. The staff were fantastic as we left a phone charger behind and they responded quickly and we were able to pick it up the next day."
