"One night stay. Helful and friendly staff. Hotel remodeled 2 years ago, I was told. Nice, clean big room and big shower for Europe! Close to all. Breakfast looked plentiful and good but did not have it-was in a rush. Would stay there again for short or long term."

It's a difficult hotel to review as it's trying desperately to be something, elegant? classy? but it falls short. The décor is more quirky shabby chic than elegant. "The dump was a mess with a leaking toilet and things falling apart. The toilet was stinking. They had excuses for everything. The worst hotel experience ever in my 32 years of traveling. I should be given a refund for that dreadful experience."
