"When I arrived it was difficult to find the office but as a non Korean speaking woman, I had plenty of help from the other holiday makers. It was a very comfortable stay. Offered luggage storage, but when departing for a day long tour at 7:30 in the morning, the office was not open and no one seemed to be able to help me, so I had to spend extra time and money finding lockets for my luggage at the nearby train station.
