The hotel was very clean and washroom was beautiful! We love that the cleaner replenish our towels and made our beds daily. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. "Hotel has a fairly modern design and was situated just outside the main areas. Was situated uphill so took estimated 10-15 mins to the subway station. Room design was nice and simple and the toilet and shower area was separated which is really nice. Basic amenities are provided and there are daily housekeeping. For the price, I think it’s a pretty good deal. Minus points are the uphill location and the cleanliness can be improved. Please add hooks to the bathroom. "

"Wonderful stay here! Well located, easy to get around and about a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Our room was huge, double, even triple the size of other hotels we have stayed in in Korea and Japan. Everything was clean, the only thing was that some of the towels had holes in so could do with being replaced! Room was quiet and has AC too. Beds firm but comfy and we slept well. Staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful. We will stay here again next time we come to Busan."

"I absolutely loved my stay here! I solo traveled to Busan and felt very safe with having the 24/7 front desk and security for the building. It is only a 2 minute walk to Jagalchi Station, and only three subway stations away from Busan Station so it was so easy to get anywhere in Busan and from the KTX station! The hotel room was spotless when I arrived and the beds were very comfortable! I got the city view room and the curtains were blackout curtains so it made it easy to sleep and take a nap...

"Location was great, place was comfortable just had a huge issue with the toilet that had issues flushing and the corner kept falling off so then we had to keep digging into the tank to put the cap back on, was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, happened multiple times a day which was super annoying and seemed really unhygienic.
