The hotel was in an ideal location in Busan. The room was clean and updated. We only stayed one night, but we were very glad that we stayed here. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Very convenient as the metro is just below. There are also many eateries nearby. In addition, it was one of the designated pick up location when i signed up for day tours. Extended my stay with the hotel at the junior suite, but deluxe room is way better than that.

Despite being a 4 star property this hotel was not up to standards for typical 4 stars. We were first given a room with a tub with poor design - this left the entire bathroom completely drenched with each use. They did change our room to a shower room but cleanliness was lacking. We actually had better service and amenities in a two star property elsewhere in Korea so this stay in Busan felt subpar overall.
