"The Homestay Room was clean and modern. It is close to a petrol station convience store. A pub and take away is in walking distance. Ciara checked me in and was accomodating. I had difficulty using the house key and shower controls due to my infamiliarity. All said I enjoyed my stay in Ballyboughal. "

"We were woken from our sleep to move rooms, as we had been put in the wrong room, then to be told we had to move again the following day, we were very amendable and was offered a £50 meal voucher and wine to be then told we owed more money so we returned these. Hotel itself lovely just disappointed that they felt this was ok"

"I was pleased with my stay. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions. The bed was super comfortable. It was a charming place. It was a bit aged, but overall, considering the price that I paid, I was very happy."

"the heater was not functioning properly. the portion of the breakfast was a bit too small. the check in staff was nice. however, there are two buildings in this property, you might need to carry your bags to another building. the good thing about this hotel is that the airport bus station is within 1 minute from the hotel."
