"Small, but clean room. Hallways had faint sulfur smell after raining, but the room in the non-renovated building was clean and kept well. Property was overall OK- nothing specifically wrong with the room, but atmosphere was a little less cozy than other places. Room was comfortable, though, so if you’re looking for a decent stay, would recommend. "

"The owners give a personal touch you would expect from a 5 diamond resort. One of the best stays we've had anywhere. You get great exposure to some Icelandic culture at this property. Pictures don't do it justice. "

"One of our favorite spots that we stayed at during our Iceland trip. We were able to see the northern lights the night we stayed. Loved the cleanliness of the room. The shower and toilet were all in one but large bathroom. Would stay here again. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Dynjandi! Inga was so kind and I had such a pleasure talking with her. I called her earlier in the day because I had a car issue and would be arriving past their check in time. She kindly waited for me. My room big and came with complimentary tea, water, and biscuits (that I quickly ate up!). The bathrooms seemed brand new! They were clean and had a neat artistic decor to them. My bed was comfy. "Glacier Inn is not a hotel, it is a home. It only has shared baths, but advertises as having private baths. The man who met us at the property was very rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
