The property is otherworldly and located in a beautiful, natural setting that is just stunning. The owners are wonderful and breakfasts are great. We will definitely go back. While it is in an isolated area, it is only a 20 minute drive to Hofn where there are many excellent restaurants.

Best stay in Iceland! The property was fantastic (great views and quiet), the cottages were extremely clean and well appointed, and the breakfast was the best we had during our ring road travels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

A cozy oasis with breathtaking views, this property is owned by a warm and welcoming family with attention to detail. Extremely comfortable individual rooms with a mostly homemade, authentic Icelandic breakfast in the morning!

This was by far our favorite lodging in Iceland! The surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. Hofn is a cute town and worth the drive. Cabins were private, clean, and very aesthetic. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Breakfast was fabulous and the hosts were kind and personable. Check in and check out process was seamless. Highly recommend.

Everything in this guest house is above and beyond what I expect. From the hand drawn painting in the cabin to the outstanding breakfast hand made by the family running the business, this is by far the best icelandic lodging experience I had. Lovely guesthouse in quiet, scenic region. Peaceful and felt remote, but not too far from excellent restaurant in Hofn. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was highlight - local and homemade products and got to try a few things we hadn't. The owners were very warm and welcoming. Wish we had stayed longer.
