"We have thoroughly enjoyed our pre Christmas break at Nancecliff and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for us in terms of wanting to walk and not use the car. The parking was a bonus and made it easy for unloading and loading the car. The place was clean and smelt fresh when we arrived with plenty of facilities, towels, etc to use. "Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."
