"During my recent stay at the hotel, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, especially two individuals who made my stay even more enjoyable. The reception staff was incredibly attentive—one of them, a healthy, energetic guy, was always cheerful and eager to assist with any requests. He made sure everything was smooth from the start, giving a welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. Another standout was a staff member with glasses, who was equally kind and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and even recommended some fantastic local spots to visit. His attention to detail and willingness to assist really stood out, reflecting the great hospitality of the hotel. Overall, I left feeling impressed by the exceptional service and warm atmosphere. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made my stay truly memorable, and I look forward to returning and both the guys was so good if am not wrong there name was abhimanyu and nikhil "

"Pleasant hotel, rooms are comfortable and the staff are very helpful when asked but won’t engage otherwise. self check-in takes ages, so I would advise doing online prior to arriving if possible. Food in the hotel is burger, pizza, hot dog and salads, so if you are over 18, then you’re probably going to eat out which means driving or going to the neighbouring hotel"

"We stayed for 2 nights as we had a wedding in Bedford and reception at Bassmead Manor. The property was easily big enough for us all (5 in total, 2 couples and a single), really well equipped with some great little extras like record player and records, dart board (outside) and darts, jaccouzzi (we didn’t get time to use it :( ) . The house is a cab ride away from the town and rail station and most importantly for us, Bassmead Manor. Our host was there to greet us and show us some of the less straight forward things and we were given instructions, hints and tips for the house and St Neots via email and in person. Communication was brilliant. St Neots itself is lovely and the Riverside and town centre have lots going on with plenty of restaurants and pubs. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!"

"I booked the apartment for a work colleague who was joining us from France for a month. Fleur was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions I had. She even arranged for a food welcome package to be in the apartment for when our guest arrived which was wonderful. Very highly recommended and the flat was just perfect for our guest's needs."

"Fabulous central location on the Market Square, St. Neots. Easy, fast drive to towns and cities or into the local countryside. Clean and comfortable from top to bottom, with all the basic supplies thoughtfully provided, e.g. milk, marmalade, washing soap, etc. For the best sleep, if 'sensitive,' bring an eye mask and use the provided ear plugs. The included car park spot is via a very narrow archway - literally with a few extra inches on each side - and very handy as the town square/parking is being renovated (2024). Sandra is a very friendly, marvellous hostess and easily available as she lives about 10 minutes away. She'll possibly sell this place this summer, alas. Thank you again and cheers! :-)"
