"Our time at the Waterford was short, so we were not able to see or use all the facilities offered, and give them full review. We will be staying here again. Our only criticism is, the cocktails were very weak & not worth the money, we would recommend at trip to the near by supermarket."

"Great location in the village. 1 small block away from fantastic pub with attached restaurant and outdoor seating with parking for both. One block from river. Another block added from the pub gets you to the convenience/grocery store. Another block along the river gets you to the manor house and gardens. Lovely room at the lodge, nice breakfast delivered in the mornings. Great staff, internet in the room. Parking lot within grounds. Local taxis available. Bolt available to the property...

"We visited for Valentine’s Day and had a meal in the evening which we pre-booked through the hotel website. The check in was friendly with advice on evacuation points, out of hours code etc. The room was warm and welcoming with a super soft bed, which I worried would irritate my back, but slept like a log! The facilities, staff, location and food were all lovely and we look forward to returning "

"Useful having a car park next to hotel, free for guests. Good roast in the evening. Staff were very welcoming at reception. Sadly, they had a problem with the heating while we there. A heater had already been placed in our room and situation explained to us. But the bathroom was too chilly for a shower....brrrrrr. it was a nice place for a one night stay, close to high street shops, but quiet at night, so we slept well. "

Great little apartment

"I booked the apartment for a work colleague who was joining us from France for a month. Fleur was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions I had. She even arranged for a food welcome package to be in the apartment for when our guest arrived which was wonderful. Very highly recommended and the flat was just perfect for our guest's needs."

Stunning and spacious Georgian town house in historic town centre with parking!

Friendly Hostess + Great Location

"Fabulous central location on the Market Square, St. Neots. Easy, fast drive to towns and cities or into the local countryside. Clean and comfortable from top to bottom, with all the basic supplies thoughtfully provided, e.g. milk, marmalade, washing soap, etc. For the best sleep, if 'sensitive,' bring an eye mask and use the provided ear plugs. The included car park spot is via a very narrow archway - literally with a few extra inches on each side - and very handy as the town square/parking is being renovated (2024). Sandra is a very friendly, marvellous hostess and easily available as she lives about 10 minutes away. She'll possibly sell this place this summer, alas. Thank you again and cheers! :-)"
