"Overall great experience, minus the bit of attitude from a guy at the beginning talking about parking ~ he was on a bit of a high trip and I did find him rude. He needs to learn you can talk to people and your customers in a better manner!! … other guy there with him was lively, so mannerly and helpful ~ maybe he could learn from him!! Not only did the hotel call me to tell me, they put them aside for me to pick up when I was back in St. John's! They also asked for ID for pick up to ensure they were getting back to the rightful owner. I was so relieved and impressed with how this was handled.
