"Overall, this was a great stay. The house was clean and as advertised. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Lake Grove, Stonybrook, and Port Jeff. A few recommendations for minor improvements: more towel bars/hooks in the bathroom and an upgraded coffee maker. Regardless, we would happily stay here again when visiting Long Island. "

"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."

"We always use this way to stay on vacations because of the size of the family. We had a great time and very clean.hist was also very responsive and accommodating my daughter became sick and needed extra time to check it and host quickly responded and gave the time needed. "

"This house was very well maintained I was a little sad that we couldn't spend more time hanging out in the house due to visiting for a wedding and being very busy. Sheena took care of the smallest details taking it to the next level. I also would have loved if it was pool season, we'll have to come stay during the warmer months for that."

"We had a great time in Ocean Beach. House is clean and even nicer/larger than the pictures. It comfortably fit our group of 12 with the pull-out couch. Very close to downtown/ferry and short walk to the beach."

"Excellent location for walking to Sound side of Long Island. We had an excellent shelling experience- so many sea shells!! Close to some good hiking trails and easy to get on the freeway to go Montauk or Greensport. We were not able to get good cell service at the property though. Made communication a challenge, we had Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile and all 3 had weak service, so be prepared to use wi-if calling!! Overall, nice place and would stay there again."

"We had a good stay at the house. It's in a residential neighborhood and close to some commercial areas with restaurants etc. The house was very clean and the property manager was great - she went above and beyond to find and return something that we left behind. The upstairs beds were a little hard. We were there with 7 people and the main living area felt a little crowded. With more people, you'd want to make sure you were using the downstairs/outside (in the summer). But all in all, a good...
