"This is a lovely hotel and the staff are very helpful. We stayed in low season so it was not busy. We enjoyed the location from where we could stroll into town. About 20mins. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"My balcony room was fabulous and because the weather was beautiful I used it. Lovely pool and although you need to ring the spa to check it’s ok to go, I had no problem. Great location to wander into St Helier and great location for Liberty station to get a bus to anywhere on the island. It’s a fantastic service"

"Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Room was poor. I asked if we could gave another chair in the room as there was two of us. I was reminded i was in an economy double, so no chance. In-room tea bags. From all 4 corners of the world, but English breakfast tea - no chance. Breakfast was warm and that's being generous. Server said it's because people keep opening and closing the food containers. Because of a long journey i asked reception if there was any quiet rooms. She said all rooms were quiet - not so. Thus hotel comes across...
