"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"Lovely apartment. We had a two bedroom apartment - with associated two bathrooms! Access seemed pretty secure. Area will be probably be pleasant once all the building work has been finished. And parking is therefore better, though it was reasonably easy (once the young lady had found us). It was very convenient for visiting the Lowry, it seemed less distance than Google suggested. Will certainly consider using again !"
