"Blu Zen was amazing ! The property itself is beautiful ! The 3 pools are nice and clean. They are still adding onto the property so there is construction going on but not close enough to be a bother. The beach part of the resort is not big but also enough for my son to build sand castles and dig. There are no sun loungers on the beach but I didn’t mind. There are two pools right behind the beach. There is a lot of seaweed but they do a good job of cleaning it up. Our 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. No complaints at all. The laundry in unit was super convenient. The ferry to the main island is also very convenient. The two restaurants are good but the food on the main island is worth the 5 min boat ride. The staff is super nice and helpful, Jairo made us feel right at home, he was amazing. The pools were never packed. Some days we had it all to ourselves. I can’t rave about this place enough. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. A larger swimming pool would have been nice. The property is well maintained with room for improvements like an updated in room refrigerator. Some pieces of the furniture showed signs of wear. Room was spacious and I would stay there again."

"Lovely small hotel in a residential community. Rooms were large with nice showers. Restaurants in walking distance. Quiet, relaxing, just what we needed for the night before we traveled home. "

"The hotel is well situated, affordable, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Overall the stay was pleasant and I will likely be returning. The place does need some tender love and care but you can tell it would have been a true gem back in it's day. The beds are worn and need updating, the rooms are clean but could use some touching up, and some of the appliances and hardware are pretty outdated. The breakfast is mediocre, omelets are decent, however the rest is just very simple and lacks things like bacon, sausages, however when they have fry jacks it's nice. The staff really makes the place with their very helpfil and pleasant attitude."
