"What a lovely house to stay in for our holiday. Nothing could have been better (apart from the weather)! It was so well equipped and immaculately clean. "Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage."

There is a lovely, spacious living room and an ensuite bedroom, along with two further bedrooms, ideal for a quiet getaway for two for for small family. The location is on a riverbank, about five minutes' walk from the centre of the friendly and frankly underrated town of Wadebridge in Cornwall. "We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."

"It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve."

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"
