"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out."
