"The sheets smelled terrible in one of the bedrooms, like they were not changed after previous guests. Disgusting , we realized too late and didn’t get to mention to the hotel staff. We slept without the sheet since it was unbearable to use the one provided. Too bad as I thought I finally found the hotel that I would be going back to."

"This residence is perfect. Communication was phenomenal when scheduling transfers to and from the airport. The room was very spacious and cleaned perfectly. The tub and shower are huge and have superb water pressure. Hot water is long lasting and great too. The hotel is in the heart of an international district with different foods, shops, and other activities in close walking distance. I can’t say enough things about how much we enjoyed the hotel. "
